Contact us for your signature massage of choice up to 1 hour for a small co-payment! Co-payment is based on the policy of the member and may be $5-$15 per visit, per member. Eligibility is based on TakeCare plan and covers one massage per visit per member, up to a maximum number of massages per year depending on member's plan.
